THE SELF-PROMOTION 'ICK'

Self-promotion feels gross, right? Like you're bragging or being fake? And it's keeping your amazing work, insights and vision invisible.

You want to be seen - but being seen feels....well, it feels urgh right?

Every time you go to share your work or you find yourself in a situation where you have to talk about yourself and your achievements or talent, a little nagging voice pipes up, “Who do you think you are?” or "Seriously, everyone here is going to think you're such a big-head!" So you hold back, overthink or even edit your brilliance, playing down achievements and successes.

Visibility also feels exposing and can leave you open and vulnerable to others' opinions and criticisms....so what do you do? You retreat.

This isn’t anything other than self-preservation and self-protection. Your subconscious mind is still trying to keep you safe from the judgment, rejection, or shame it once associated with being visible.

But the world can’t experience your impact if you keep hiding from and downplaying it.

When we work together, we go straight to the root of this - dissolving the belief that self-expression is dangerous, and retraining the body and mind to feel steady and powerful in visibility.

This isn’t about becoming louder; it’s about becoming liberated.

When your mind and body align, self-promotion stops feeling like an icky performance - and starts feeling like powerful self-leadership.

And THAT is what is going to take you places!
